He served as Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Netflix during the company's expansion and consolidation in the Latin American audiovisual market, especially in Brazil, advising on numerous audiovisual productions in the region, including films, scripted and unscripted series, reality shows, documentaries, stand-up specials, animation and children's content.
Fida has negotiated deals with major talent, producers and studios, and provided commercial, business and legal support for audiovisual works such as: the documentary on Vini Jr., the scripted series "Sintonia", the documentary "Neymar Jr. - The Perfect Chaos", the film "Airplane Mode", Whindersson Nunes's stand-up special, the reality show "Too Hot to Handle: Brazil" and many others.

Fida has well-established experience advising all kinds of talent in the entertainment and sports industries, from athletes to actresses, actors, singers, DJs, creators, showrunners, screenwriters, directors and producers in Brazil, Latin America and the US, such as: Vini Jr., Marcos Mion, Bruna Marquezine, Oliver Stone, Chico Felitti, Endrick, Kondzilla, Tainá Müller and Gabriel Medina, among others.

Fida has extensive experience in sports law, having acted in more than 300 arbitration, administrative and judicial proceedings related to sport in Brazil and internationally before FIFA, CONMEBOL, WADA, international federations and the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), where Fida served as an Arbitrator in Switzerland.
Fida also advises athletes and agents on negotiating and drafting employment and image rights contracts, domestic and international transfers and advertising agreements, and on negotiating sports-related audiovisual and documentary projects.
Fida advised athlete Vini Jr. (Real Madrid) and his team in negotiating his documentary “Baila, Vini”, released on Netflix, providing ongoing business & legal affairs advice during pre-development, development and production. Nominated for the 2026 International Emmy Award for Best Sports Documentary.
Fida led the negotiation of the documentary “Neymar Jr. - The Perfect Chaos”, released in 2022, while heading the Business & Legal Affairs department at Netflix. An Uninterrupted production, in partnership with LeBron James and Campfire Studios.
Fida leads the legal advice of Marcos Mion, having worked on the TV host’s advertising and commercial contracts with brands such as TIM, Pepsi, Chevrolet, Mercado Livre, Mercado Pago, Itaú and Ray Ban, among others.
Fida leads the negotiation of Chico Felitti’s copyrights and properties in the Brazilian and international markets, such as his podcasts “A Mulher da Casa Abandonada” and “O Ateliê”, among other hits, and books such as “Ricardo e Vânia”.
Business & Legal Affairs advice provided to actress Bruna Marquezine and her team in negotiations with the US studio Warner Bros. and DC Comics for the lead role of Jenny in the film Blue Beetle, released in 2023.
